Refund & Return Policy

You can exchange your order within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Orders eligible for exchange are as follows:
⁃ if the garment is unworn
⁃ security tags and labels must be attached
⁃ You can exchange your item for another size or another item entirely
⁃ All exchanges are based on stock availability.
⁃ Cheaper replacement? We refund the difference to your Rafa & Fils wallet.
⁃ If the replacement costs more, you will have to pay the difference.

Generally, exchanges take 7-8 working days to process plus the delivery time to your area
